Career Objective :

To obtain a position as a fulltime art teacher at the elementary or secondary level.

Education :

2004 T-4 Certification in Art Education, K-12.
1999-2004 B.F.A. degree in Art Education, Georgia State University, Atlanta
1992-1993 Forest Park Community College, St. Louis, Missouri

Skills :
Experienced in: Painting: oil, watercolor and acrylic. Drawing: still life, figure, perspective using chalks, charcoals, inks, pastels, and pencils. Printmaking: intaglio, woodcut, collagraph, linoleum, silkscreen, monoprint and roll-ups. Sculpture: metal (including plasma cutting and welding), wood (including band saws, table saws, and sanders), plaster, bookmaking, plexi-glass and clay. Ceramics: handbuilding and firing. Weaving: basketry (including natural fibers and wire), dyeing, and yarn. Photography:35mm camerawork, black& white film and photo developing.
